Coronation Street’s Sally Metcalfe has been stucck behind bars since last year after being sentenced to false charges of fraud and money laundering.
The Coronation Street cast member is relying on her family Tim Metcalfe and Sophie Webster to find evidence to get her out of prson.
The only person who can get her out is Duncan Radfield, who falsely testified against her in court to make sure she took the blame for his crimes. In tonight’s episode, Tim sets off to Duncan’s flat, wanting to get a confession out of him once and for all.
Tim confronts Duncan, who does a runner, but Tim catches up with him and lunges at him, determined to make sure he doesn’t get away with it. Duncan steps back into the road and is hit by a car. If Duncan dies, will this mean Sally never gets out of prson due to a lack of evidence?
Sally is already in a lot of danger, as she has got on the wrong side of cellmate Marcia. Marcia thinks Sally has planted druugs in the room to frame, and has lashed out in a seriously violent way. In forthcoming scenes, Marcia is going to lunge at Sally with a knife, determined to finish her off.
